Vesttherm A/S is the data controller for the information we collect about you and we ensure that your personal data is processed in accordance with the law.

Processing of personal data
Personal data is any kind of information that can be attributed to you to one extent or another.
As our customer, we collect the following personal data about you: Name, address, email and phone number.
As our supplier and business partner, we collect the following personal data about you: Name, address, email and phone number.
When you use our website, we collect and process a range of information. This happens, for example, when you access content, register as a user or subscriber or otherwise use services.
If you enter the information yourself, the following will be processed: Name and email.
We typically collect and process the following types of data: A unique ID and technical information about your computer, tablet or mobile phone, your IP number, geographical location and which pages you click on (interests).
Privacy policy for recruitment
Upon receipt of the application and attachments, the submitted material is reviewed by the relevant manager in order to answer and assess the content in relation to a defined job.
Applications and attachments are shared internally with relevant people in the recruitment process and are not disclosed to anyone outside the company.
Applications and attachments are stored until the right candidate is found and the recruitment process is completed. After that, the application and attachments will be deleted.
For unsolicited applications, the application and attachments are stored for a maximum of 6 months, after which they are deleted.
If the application and attachments are stored for more than 6 months, separate consent is obtained from the candidate.
Safety and security
We have taken appropriate technical and organisational measures to prevent your data from being accidentally or illegally deleted, published, lost, impaired or disclosed to unauthorised persons, misused or otherwise processed in violation of the law.

As our service is dependent on your data being correct and up to date, we ask you to inform us of relevant changes to your data. If we become aware that the data is not correct, we will update the information and notify you accordingly.
Storage period
The data is stored for the period permitted by law and we delete it when it is no longer needed. The period depends on the nature of the data and the reason for storage. It is therefore not possible to specify a general time frame for when information is deleted.
Disclosure of information
We use a number of third parties to store and process data, including IT solution providers and hosts. These only process data on our behalf and may not use it for their own purposes. In relevant cases, data is passed on to e.g. banks, debt collectors, freight companies, lawyers, etc.
Disclosure of personal data such as name and email etc. for other purposes will only be made with your consent.
We only use data processors in the EU or in countries that can provide adequate protection for your data.
Data about your use of the website, which adverts you receive and possibly click on, your geographical location, gender and age segment etc. is disclosed to third parties to the extent that this information is known.
